How Do I Change My Username?

Account usernames cannot be changed after the account is activated, but you can login using the email address active on the account. However, you may change your “display name,” the name that gets displayed on the livestream chats etc. In order to have your display name changed, you need to submit a request here.

How Do I Add/Change My Account Photo?

All the profile photos on CherrySuede.com are handled by Gravatar.com. A Gravatar is a Globally Recognized Avatar. You upload it and create your profile just once, and then when you participate in any Gravatar-enabled site, your Gravatar image will automatically follow you there. To change your Gravatar, follow the instructions here.

NOTE: You do need to make sure that the email you use at CherrySuede.com matches the email used at Gravatar. Also only G-rated avatars will be accepted.

Do I Need to Print My e-Tickets?

No. Right now all our shows are “paperless.” We maintain an entry list so that we can check each person in. This helps save a few trees while helping in the fight against ticket scalping and ticket fraud.

Will I Receive Paper Tickets in the Mail?

Can I Transfer My Ticket to Another Show or Person

As a policy, our tickets are non-transferable. The primary reason is the cost to track and maintain all the requests. In some rare cases, we can make exceptions (medical etc) but this is on a case by case basis only.

When is the Location for Private Location Show Posted/Shared/Confirmed?

In the event that a show is listed as private or “private residence,” specific location information is only shared after purchase to ticket holders only. This information will arrive by email as soon as it becomes available (often it will be sent immediately after purchase). We ask that this info remains private unless first posted by the artist in a public forum (Facebook, Twitter etc).

How do I Check if a Venue is Seated, Standing or Wheelchair Accessible?

We will do our best to include as much of this information as possible on the show page and in the initial show purchase confirmation. Unless otherwise indicated, many shows are general admission and standing or limited seating. Seating priority goes to those with a specific medical need or requirement and we ask that you contact by email to make us aware of the issue. Last minute requests may not be possible.

What Are the Stage Times for Each Artist On a Multi-Artist Bill?

Often in a multi-artist bill there is a clear “headliner” and a clear “opener” but specific published stage times are usually limited to show start and show end. Most running times are not established until immediately before the show so we request that all guests arrive before official “show start.”

Livestreams

How Do I Purchase a Livestream Ticket?

Livestream tickets are purchased in the exact same way as our concert tickets. Check the livestream schedule, click on the show you would like to see and add the ticket to your cart. Upon checkout you will be redirected to the livestream “stage” for that show. You will also receive an email to confirm your purchase and send you the “stage” link for easy access at showtime.

Will There Be a Livestream Archive?

In most instances the answer is yes although archiving streams is not policy. Each artist has the option to maintain or not maintain an archive of a show for a number of reasons. Any archive can be accessed from your list of purchased livestreams in your AuraGen account.

How do I Find the Livestream Stage at Showtime?

If you have purchased a ticket to a livestream and you are simply looking for the “stage” for that show, there are a number of ways to find the link:

    1. You can check your email for one of the reminder or confirmation emails for the show.
    2. You can login to your CherrySuede.com account and click the link to the show under YOUR PURCHASED LIVESTREAMS
    3. You can go to the livestream calendar and click “learn more” on any livestream listing to get to the stage.

What if a Livestream is Cancelled or Rescheduled?

In the rare instance that a livestream is cancelled or rescheduled (due to artist illness, technical issues etc) – a new stream date and time will be released. Should the new date and time not be ideal for a particular ticket holder, upon request, their account may be credited for the ticket price paid and their access will be revoked from the stream in question.

If a stream reschedule is not possible, all ticket holders will be credited the ticket price paid to their CherrySuede.com account.
